“Unverschämtheit, dass dieses Haus sich Hotel nennen darf!!”

At the scheduled check‑in time there was no staff at the front desk; I had to call the listed number and wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive. The hygiene and cleanliness were phenomenally bad – the table to the bed was dirty, there was no soap, and after a short time the front desk had no staff left to complain about. The mattress was squeaky and dirty, the table top was sticky and dirty, the interior door was broken and gave no sense of security, a toilet had been torn from the wall, the shower hose was detached from the showerhead, the mattresses had stains and the cleaning was questionable. The pictures on the website and in the brochure did not match reality at all, and I want a refund.

The young owner was pleasant, earnest, and helpful. Unfortunately, it was one of the last places to stay in town, which was acceptable for a hiking holiday. The hotel had clearly better times; the rooms and furnishings were visibly used and not very clean. The equipment needs work to keep this otherwise pretty old hotel.

The location was a bit off the road. The room was surprisingly quiet, ideal for a solo motorcyclist. The food was very good and the staff were friendly and hardworking.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, the staff were nice, the bedroom was nicely furnished, and the location was quiet. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, and there’s a parking spot right by the building. The location is quiet, but the place feels like a time warp back to the 90s and the photos online don’t match what you actually see. The breakfast was mediocre, and the whole place could be turned into a “Lost place” if someone invested in it.
