Luxurious rooms include flat-screen TVs, iPod docking stations, and free WiFi, as well as Italian marble bathrooms and luxury bathrobes. Select rooms offer fireplaces and sofa beds. The hotel is within walking distance to Rogers Arena, Vancouver Art Gallery, and Queen Elizabeth Theater.

The reception staff on the night we arrived , October 8th, were friendly, helpful (needed an extra blanket), and courteous

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. I loved the look and the feel of l’hermitage - not another chain hotel. Everything was nice, really, can’t Think of anything to be better

The spot is great, right in the middle of the harbor, nightlife and the football stadium. You can walk or bike from the hotel and get anywhere quickly. The rooms and the restaurant are nicely decorated, the pool is pretty and long enough for a swim. Breakfast is really good and priced fairly. On the downside, at the back of the hotel on the side street there's a big AC fan that drags all day and makes the terrace or pool area not very inviting. It can also be heard at night in the rooms on the back side. We didn't find the dinner in the restaurant that impressive.
