The bed was super comfy, Wi‑Fi strong, TV decent, air‑con great, and the bathroom was a good size – I’d definitely recommend it. Midday checkout was very handy. The view of the river and the wildlife moving around made it worth bringing a camera. The curtain didn’t fit the large porthole window quite right, so I felt a little exposed.

The welcome was charming and the accommodation very cute – renovated with nice colours, visually pleasing. The canal side is pleasant, the mattress comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room isn’t huge, but it’s not tiny either. Note that a round‑trip Grab from the airport costs about 400 baht (220 to get there, 180 to return). There was no top sheet on the bed, only a kind of blanket – I hadn’t seen a bed without a top sheet or duvet in a long time. The approach path for planes passes very close and at low altitude. The bath towels are synthetic. There’s no wardrobe or hanging space. The floor in the bathroom gets completely wet from the shower and is extremely slippery – a skating rink in danger of falling. Finally, there are no blackout curtains, which is a bigger problem at night than in the morning because people passing by the canal side can see inside.

The room is practical, check‑in is straightforward, and the location is close to the airport – ideal for a short stay in Bangkok or a late arrival/early departure from the airport. At check‑in the air in the room was stuffy and very humid. The shower in the bathroom isn’t separated and causes the entire bathroom floor to get wet.
