“Хорошо”

This vacation house sits right next to the city center and the beaches, easy to walk to. It’s great for a large family, especially with its spacious layout, enclosed garden, gazebo, and several barbecues. The conditions are simple, but that’s fine. The house has three bathrooms and always hot water. It would be better to clear the garden of construction blocks and folded paving stones to free up more play space, and the wooden garden furniture should be repaired as it could be a bit dangerous for small children.

The cafe and promenade are close by. There is no proper bedding, cookware (the pan and pot are awful), no simple soap, and the house was cold. The rooms lack adequate lighting, and there’s no light in the courtyard, so sitting in the gazebo is impossible; everything is dirty. The fireplace doesn’t work, and the photo shows no coziness.

“Очень плохо 🤬🤬🤬🤬”

The location is okay, but there are many downsides. There’s no toilet paper, the TV doesn’t work, Wi‑Fi is dead, and the faucet only provides hot water until it warms up. The fireplace is non‑functional, all soft furniture is dirty and smells, and the upper floor is very cold, especially with kids; the hosts didn’t mention this, claiming it was warm, so I don’t recommend it.

“Отличный отдых.”

Everything was liked. The house is big, everything is present, even a child’s potty, which I needed. It’s near the center. We’ll only go there now. There are some minor flaws, like the faucet, handle, and such, but most people don’t treat others well.
