The staff were wonderful, polite, and dedicated, always tiptoeing around to serve each guest. I appreciated their transparency. The location is close to nature, accessible, and peaceful. The room was well maintained and good. Food choices were limited, ordered via an app, but healthy and tasty. There was no network zone, so the peace of mind came from the cooing birds and a free mountain breeze. Communication was too poor; no network zone, and staff used walkie-talkies to talk to each other. Wi‑Fi was available but weak inside rooms, forcing reliance on WhatsApp over that Wi‑Fi. I suggest installing intercoms in the rooms; it’s very necessary. There was no TV in the room, which can be excused by the nature canvas.

“A pleasant place to stay in the countryside”

Lovely, tranquil location and a cute accommodation. Krishna and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming, and our host Ashok was communicative and helpful. The area is full of wildlife, so be warned if you don’t like the idea of creatures scampering over the roof at night! We also enjoyed that it was only a half hour’s easy walk to Mount Abu centre. I appreciate that it’s hard to keep a rural accommodation completely free of dirt and insects (we even had two small scorpions in ours!) but we arrived to find a burnt-out match and ash in the bathroom, so cleaning had not been very thorough. Also, while I was thankful for the kettle and teabags, especially late at night when I didn’t wish to disturb the staff, I made myself a cup of tea only to realise that all the creamer sachets were way out of date. Unhygienic. We weren’t too bothered about a TV, but the fact that one is advertised (with streaming channels) for the room we booked and yet is totally absent, might annoy other guests

The location of the property is excellent. Staff is cooperative. Breakfast can be better with more options. The way to the parking area was damaged, which could harm incoming vehicles. And no nonsense people should be allowed at the property as people coming in are here to experience calm and peace around the nature. Some creeps can destroy everything.

“Worthy for the money of the room”

It was a nice experience staying with family at the Cave Canvas. The surrounding weather feels like a good hill station, with mountains around and a calm area that’s truly silent for meditation and prayer if you’re interested. Mr. Krishna manages this property, has good cooperation, perfect room service, and also serves us with delicious breakfast, including my Jain Veg option with enough quantity, which is included in the room charge. We can seat for breakfast outside the room with our personal dining table chair and enjoy the healthy fresh atmosphere surrounding. When you come with a car from main Mount Abu road to inside, at least the first time you need to take help from the room service boy to guide you toward the perfect way to the Cave Canvas. That was resolved by a prior call. Also the location is out of the toll tax gate, but just beside 200 meters. So you need to carry a Hotel Visiting Card when you do number of times, exit reentry to the toll gate of Mount Abu. Not at all.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy and ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail – from the cleanliness of the room to the prompt service whenever I needed assistance. The ambience of the hotel was elegant yet homely, making it perfect for both short and long stays. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a memorable experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time
