“Regular”
The pool was decent, but the room’s value for money didn’t feel great. On arrival we were asked about our check‑in time, and we replied right away that it would be late that day. On the last day we asked for a late checkout because our flight was late, but we couldn’t get permission. I also have to mention that, as the hotel has experienced a system hack that compromises guest data security, I had to cancel the credit card I used for the reservation to protect my finances.
The security staff and breakfast staff are very friendly. Too few elevators for so many guests staying at the hotel.
“Unreal rooftop views of Madrid”
The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view from the 7th floor, and the rooftop was fantastic. The female front‑desk staff were excellent, the male staff… well, they were less impressive. The club sandwich was terrible, though the overall value for money was acceptable.
Excellent location, but breakfast is not included.
