“Very unclean, unhygienic toilets”
The spot was handy and the area around was nice, but the place was the dirtiest lodge I've ever seen. Pet hair was everywhere and nothing was cleaned before new guests arrived. The towels they handed out were clearly old—both were white originally, yet they hadn't thrown them away and were still giving them out. When I checked in, I had booked a non‑smoking room, but the room title said “non‑smoking” even though it wasn’t a feature. They handed me a smoking room that smelled awful; when I mentioned my booking to reception, they said I hadn’t booked that room and blamed the title error on “”. After a few minutes of back‑and‑forth, they finally gave me a non‑smoking room, which was still very dirty. I decided to leave after only half an hour.
