The staff was unprepared and unprofessional; they repeatedly knocked on my door and then opened it while I was sleeping to tell me that the staff member who handled my check‑in forgot to charge me. Terrible service. They made the mistake and could have waited until check‑out to ask me to pay.

The bed felt comfortable, but the room got sweltering and the fan barely made a dent. There’s no private bathroom either, so you have to use the airport’s facilities.

“Great idea very badly managed. What is the point of booking if it's not guaranteed”

We booked a pod knowing we’d land after midnight, but when we finally got there they told us the pod had been given away because we “didn’t show up.” The staff were pretty frosty, and we ended up sitting on a chair for six hours instead of sleeping. If you’re arriving late, send them your flight number and ETA in advance—but even then they don’t guarantee a pod.
