Once inside, you notice the place is well kept even if it shows some age; the breakfast outshines other hotels, no pets, and everything is spotless. From the outside it looks rough, and the bathtub drain isn’t great, but otherwise it has all the essentials and is nicely maintained.

We were originally staying 3 nights and ended up staying 0 nights. Upon arriving in the room, we found a roach on the bathtub, paint was splattered all over the sink and floor from a shotty paint job, gum or something was stuck to the floor and black from being there a while. The bed had some sort of crumbs in it, the protective cover seemed to not have been washed as it had questionable stains all over it. We turned around immediately and found another hotel. The front desk lady was wonderful and I want that to be known. I also recognize this is a less inexpensive option in the area but there should still be a level of cleanliness expected out of any hotel

The location is fine, but the room smelled terribly of smoke and wasn’t clean; the breakfast coffee was only decaf, and the regular option was missing.
