The place is close to the Duomo metro stop, easy to reach, and convenient for exploring Naples. The room is comfortable with a terrace exit, and there’s a kitchen outside the room for any needs. The only drawback is that the front door is hard to close.

The place is well located, the room is air‑conditioned, and the price is competitive. Unfortunately the room’s cleanliness was quite poor: we found hair in the bathroom, dust everywhere, dirty curtains, and two spiders on the walls. One shower door was broken, we only received two towels per person (one large shower towel and one face towel, missing a bidet towel), and there was no bath towel at all; even the hand soap was almost gone. The bathroom fan was covered in dust and made an unbearable noise. Moreover, even though we were told we would get self‑check‑in instructions via WhatsApp on the day of arrival, we had to prompt the staff because at 19:00 no one had appeared.

The central location and helpful host were great. The room and bathroom were pretty and clean, and the kitchen was adequate and tidy. There was no signal strength, so our mobile internet didn’t work well, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room.

The accommodation sits in a great spot that lets you walk to many attractions in Naples. It also had a large, furnished terrace where you could unwind outdoors at the end of the day. The external door of the apartment was hard to close and sometimes unfortunately stayed open.
The cleaning and location were excellent. The double bed is a bit small.
