The location and staff were helpful, but the room conditions were poor: the toilet closet was awful, the bathroom tiles need replacing, the room was too small, the bedspreads and pillows were stained, the bed was uncomfortable, and the TV was positioned poorly with no place for a setup box, forcing us to get up frequently to adjust it. Overall, the property needs a full upgrade; it’s in a great spot and could become a landmark if it’s revamped to meet today’s standards.

The hotel was a real treat for my daughter and me over our 10‑day stay; the staff—especially Mr. Dev at the Front Office—made sure we landed in a room that fit our long‑term needs, and everyone from the security guards to the restaurant crew was warm, friendly, and eager to help. Tarun also went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely book again. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful experience!

“Poor”

Room service was painfully slow, and the lunch and dinner menus only had four items, clearly pushing guests toward the buffet; no one answered the in‑room dining number on the first ring, and when they finally picked up, they seemed to struggle with what I said. Elevator wait times hit over 10 minutes because one was under repair, which had also happened last month. I didn’t expect this from such a brand.
