There was no breakfast. We were warned that our room was very close to the hen house, so a lot of noisy cockerels and turkeys made early‑morning noise.

The farm vibe was nice, but a rooster from 3:00 am made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

I was blown away by the view, the farm‑like vibe, and especially the proximity to my godchild’s wedding venue—just four minutes away. The rooms and common areas were very spacious.

It turned out to be exactly what I needed for a quick stop while running a trail; the room was comfy and quiet, except for a few noisy farm animals, haha. Danie was excellent, arriving early because the traffic from JHB was bad.
