It was new and clean. I paid for a hotel with a restaurant but got a motel with a snack bar. Far too expensive for a motel. Food was prepacked and microwaved. No maid service in 4 days. Left with unmade bed and overflowing waste bins. Overall very disappointed for the very high price

It was close to the wedding venue we were attending. We booked a king‑size bed but received a queen‑size bed, with no price adjustment. The air‑conditioning unit rattled, the screen door wouldn’t open to the courtyard, and water backed up in the tub while showering, though the shower pressure was good.
