The spot was convenient, and the staff were truly outstanding—every interaction felt personal. Still, the beds left me restless, the lobby was perpetually full, the gym was cramped, the furnishings looked old, and the bathroom seemed to have a leak.

The location and room size were excellent, and the complimentary upgrade and view were fantastic. I would have preferred the check‑in to start at 2 o’clock instead of 3 o’clock.
