The location is ideal—quiet, spacious, excellent conditions, and clean. Every detail shows the effort and the result of many years of work by the very friendly hosts. The garden has many nooks—pond, swings for kids and adults, loungers, grill—so you can spend time with a group or find a secluded spot. The green area is safe for children, the shared kitchen is well equipped, and the ground‑floor apartment opens onto a terrace with a table for outdoor meals. I also mentioned that when traveling with a bike, they offered me a lockable spot, and the surroundings allowed me to ride not only nearby towns but also many gravel paths. Proximity to the Czech border and its hiking and cycling trails adds to the appeal. I’ve been using Booking for years, but this place stole my heart. Thank you very much to the hosts for creating such a great spot.
