I had one of the best experiences of my life; everyone was kind, the room was spotless, and the food was tasty.

The room was huge with big, comfortable beds and a modern bathroom; it was always clean and the room service was good. The pool was large and right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was generous, and the location in the city meant everything was easily reachable. However, the beach chairs are exposed so anyone can see and talk to you, there are no umbrellas for the sun, the gym is small with few machines, rooms are noisy, the backup generator is loud, drink and food prices are high compared to nearby restaurants, and the road to the hotel is in a terrible state.

Everything went smoothly even before we arrived; the staff were very helpful and met all of our requests to make my mom’s stay worthwhile. The location was great and we hardly had any trouble getting anything we needed during our stay. No complaints—everything was perfect!

From check‑in to check‑out the staff went out of their way to keep you comfortable. The buffet food was pretty good and the hot meals changed daily, which was nice. The onsite restaurant for lunch and dinner served pretty good food and the staff went above and beyond to ensure you were happy with your meal. The bed and pillows in the room were very comfortable; there was no iron in the room, so if you need to press linens that’s a thing to note, but laundry service was offered. Overall I would definitely return. The only thing I’d point out is that the swimming pool is pretty nice but needs a good cleaning and the missing tiles need to be patched up, though it’s not a huge deal.
