A pleasant and affordable B&B just above the city centre with a view over Loch Linnhe, housed in a private house with simple facilities: a toilet next door and a sink in the room. The rooms come with everything needed (Wi‑Fi, USB). Breakfast is extra.

The room and the rest of the property were immaculate and well furnished, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of power sockets. Although the listing said there were no meals, breakfast could be bought as an add‑on and was very reasonably priced – a real treat to start the day! The staff offered helpful tips about local places for dinner. I was uneasy about the shared toilet/shower room: there was only one for all eleven guests, though some rooms might have been en suite, so I worried it would be occupied when I needed it. The price was high, reflecting the demand for accommodation in Fort William during this season. Also, getting to the location required a fair amount of uphill walking or tackling steep flights of steps.

The location is great, within walking distance of the main shopping strip and restaurants. Service was provided by George, who was very helpful and friendly. Everything else was fine.

A beautiful bed and breakfast overlooking the water, the room was quiet, comfortable, and had a great shower. The host was very sweet and hospitable, and the breakfast was wonderful.

I liked the friendliness of Mr. Giorgio who runs the house and prepares beautiful breakfasts. I also appreciated the cozy, family‑like atmosphere. The location and views from the house are excellent. In the room we had biscuits, tea, and coffee.
