The staff were very friendly and eager to help, but there was a communication gap about the reservation during check‑in. One room had AC and TV issues; they offered a room change, but the other rooms weren’t ready. In the end we stayed in that room, and after power was restored and the generator kicked in, the AC and TV worked, so it seemed to be an electrical problem.

I booked through Booking, but when I got there they said the reservation hadn’t been made—absolutely terrible.
