It’s about 800 m from Palermo Centrale, close to the centre and a popular market, the area is quiet, and the owner is very friendly, always on the phone when we had any question – the answer was immediate 😀

The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, and well equipped. Mid‑stay cleaning and towel changes were done. Check‑in and check‑out were quick and simple. The friendly manager is available on WhatsApp at any time. The apartment is in an authentic Italian townhouse that’s been renovated. The elevator is interesting but very small. Getting to the station takes 20 minutes. The building is in a very dirty, but relatively safe, neighbourhood. Bus stops are nearby, but public transport punctuality can only be relied on in the morning and evening.

We were forced to move to Palermo after our Catania flight was cancelled, so we booked this place at the very last minute. I didn’t expect much, yet the quality of the experience surprised me. The property is gorgeous, every detail is cared for, and the cleanliness is flawless. The rooms feel welcoming and comfortable, and you can sense how much attention the hosts give to guests. The services are excellent, and the host’s professionalism and responsiveness—clear communication, great attention, and hospitality that isn’t taken for granted—really stood out. What started as a necessity turned into a wonderful discovery. If I ever return to Palermo, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, and a big shout‑out to the management for showing passion, care, and professionalism.

The location is great. The host is top‑class, polite, and always available. The apartment is clean, smells pleasant, has high‑quality white linens, and air‑conditioners. Cleaning occurs every few days, which is very nice.
