The cleanliness was good, but there were too many things: we needed a bathroom in the room, yet it was outside and we had to go through a corridor and pass another room. On the first day we asked for an extra towel because we only had three and were two people, so we wanted two each, but they said “no extra towel,” showing little availability.

I found a tiny fridge and hot water in the room, but the double bed was cramped and uncomfortable, built with round tufts fixed by slow screws. On the last night a beep rang every 20 seconds up the stairs. The external bathroom door was loose, had to lift it to open and close, and you could see inside from the edge. The bathroom was only 1 × 1.5 m, the sink was small and detached from the wall, the shower door wouldn’t stay open, there was a spider and cobweb. The room curtain had a cigarette burn and was dirty, didn’t block light so the room was bright in the morning. No wardrobe, just four hangers in a corner. Walls were stained. I asked for an adapter and they said they’d provide one, but none was in the room. Light was controlled by a single switch at the entrance. Three people stayed for five days and we were given three body towels and one hand towel. The room was set up for three: a single bed, a “double” bed, a small fridge, a hair dryer, an iron with a mini stand, and a low round table 40 cm in diameter with a lamp and 4‑5 hangers. We wanted to use the kitchen but saw it was dirty, with sugar jars full of black pieces and other empty containers, and opened packages in the cabinets. The courtyard behind the building was accessible from the kitchen, about 4 × 4 m, empty of chairs or tables.

We had a key for the bathroom even though it was outside the room, so we could leave our stuff safely. The kitchen had basic spices, coffee and tea. The room had a large mirror and dark curtains, so no issue with light. The only complaints were that the bathroom door was hard to open and close (and noisy), and the stairs to the top floor were narrow, so keep that in mind.
