The facilities and the room were good, but there was very little or no staff.

The house’s architecture is impressive, and the reception is warm and pleasant. During my stay I couldn’t use the hotel pool because the small pool was full. I also couldn’t eat lunch or dinner because the dining room was closed. All afternoon after check‑in, construction was happening in the room above mine. They should warn guests before arrival so we can book another place with proper rest.

The staff do what they can, and the place looks nice, but the spa water is cold. If you want to dine, you must book at the time of reservation. The rooms are small and definitely not 4‑star, yet the staff are friendly but resources are scarce.

The room is very spacious and the furnishings are beautiful. The spa is separate, but it isn’t expensive.
