The staff was very friendly, but I didn’t like seeing roaches crawling on my bed when I first entered the room.

El lugar está cerca de lugares turísticos y los recepcionistas muy amables. Todo estuvo bien

The cost is reasonable, but the elevator was broken. I had asked for a 1st‑floor room because of a disability, yet I ended up on the 2nd floor.

The manager was very friendly, but the room was in awful condition with holes in the walls, roaches everywhere, and bugs biting us all night.
