The location was great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The staff were friendly, and we arrived at 22:00 and the chef still managed to prepare food for us. Inside the hotel was well maintained and tidy, but from the outside it looked run down; parts of the roof were held up with nets to prevent falling, and there were large cracks in the walls, which is concerning. The public toilets were clean, yet a few days later there was no toilet paper, apparently it hadn't been restocked.

We had booked a suite with a jacuzzi, but the jacuzzi was not working. We were upgraded to another great room and we thank you for that.

Only the receptionist was decent. We had no water, no fridge, and zero polite people in the pool area smoking cigarettes and drinking with kids, and my son was left speechless.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was great and the front‑desk team was fantastic; when we discovered there was no electric kettle in our room, we went down to ask and the receptionist promptly arranged one for us, leaving us completely satisfied.
