What a wonderful stay! The hotel is very close to Gran Vía and has an excellent location, so you can walk to many of Madrid’s main sights. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and in perfect condition. I want to highlight Belén at reception, who was very attentive and lovely with us. The next day, another front‑desk lady was equally kind and pleasant. Definitely a hotel I would recommend for its location, cleanliness, comfort, and especially the staff’s treatment. We would stay again for sure!
