“Poorly behaved staff.”
The location was good, but the staff were unsuitable for this place; the reception and bar staff treated the area like their own private space, cussing and screaming at each other, and their friends would hang out there while working. It didn’t feel professional at all, and at one point it was intimidating, so I left my drink half finished and went back to my room. When I asked to order food, they said the menu wasn’t available, yet they had burgers. The staff need improvement or a visible manager on duty to keep things in order.
