Nothing much was closed; the information that the pool was under renovation or no longer available was hidden and disappointing, so I will never book again with Fortune Hotels.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, I received a room upgrade, the dinner at the restaurant was great, and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
