On arrival there was no toilet paper in the room; I reported it at the front desk but housekeeping never delivered any. The photo of the place showed guest laundry, which was out of order for a long time, and the ice machine was broken for a while. A foul odor near the elevator made the area feel like a bad location due to drug activity, and calls to the front desk never got answered.

I never even accepted the room; everything was a mess. They never accepted the cancellation I made and still charged me for the full nights.
