A spacious room with an ensuite bathroom was clean and tidy, and checking in was easy even though I arrived late; the only downside was a slight noise when the windows were open because the building sits close to a busy road, but it wasn't a major issue.

The lady on the phone was lovely and even upgraded my room so I had a private bathroom. She explained the key‑card situation and was very helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and tidy, and the shower was nice. Unfortunately, I had to leave the hotel at 1 am because a continuous loud humming noise from below kept me awake; I’m sensitive to noise, so it drove me insane.

Location was good for our stay and instructions on how to enter property and rooms was really clear. Entry to hotel, no staff, alot of steps to our room, no bar facilities, no breakfast facilities, bed extremely uncomfortable, only 1 bedside lamp, 1 coat hanger, bright green light on in room all night, string to pull blind down broken, access to kettle behind TV nit good

The staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The receptionist upgraded our room and gave us directions to good local restaurants, and she also helped us store our bicycles. The TV in the room was excellent and the Wi‑Fi was great too. The only downside was that although the room was very clean with a good shower, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and there was a slight foisty smell in the room.
