The location is great, staff are helpful and friendly, and the food was decent. However, a glitch meant they couldn’t locate my booking even though I’d paid and booked three months earlier because I expected it to be full for a conference. I had to call repeatedly to resolve it, and they offered a downgraded room at the same price I’d paid.
