The hotel sits right near the Plaza des Armas and the surroundings are gorgeous, but the staff were inflexible when I asked for a few simple things.

The location, breakfast, and the comfort of my room were excellent; it’s close to the square and everything can be done on foot.

I didn’t like anything, a terrible hotel, I paid over 700 soles for 3 nights from the 24th until my checkout on the 27th of this month, they gave me room 258, a horrible room without intercom, the heater turned on but didn’t work, the bathroom walls were cracked, the bathroom curtains had mold. On the first day I told the receptionist the conditions of my room and that they should fix it or change it, she lied saying they would fix it, I went to my class and when I returned she said they were still working, probably on your room, and nothing happened; I told her we would change rooms, two nights passed and I couldn’t take it anymore, I was freezing in the middle of the night, I grabbed my stuff and on the third day I told them I would file a complaint and request a refund for the last day’s payment, she gave me an email, until today nothing has happened, a disaster of a hotel that shouldn’t even operate, they’re a disgrace.

I really liked their accommodations even though they were small, smelled clean, and the staff was very friendly. I really liked everything.
