I’ve stayed here more than once. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach, markets, shops, and Songteo. The room is large, very clean, quiet, and all the plumbing and air‑conditioning work well. They provided an iron when I needed it. The staff are friendly. I really enjoy the pool, and the breakfast is decent. I think it’s especially suitable for family holidays—a very good option. 🙂

I stayed in a shabby, worn‑out apartment with a sluggish Italian‑style kitchen that was absolutely unappealing. I can't fathom how they manage to push such a low‑quality place onto their guests, so I'm going to think twice before booking again.

I’ll start with the few positives: the room is spacious and has a balcony, which is convenient. There's a large pool that initially seems like a perk, and the restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes. However, it’s on the street, full of flies, and always crowded, so there’s nowhere to sit. Now the negatives, which are plenty. Breakfast is limited to just two card options, and if you’re traveling with a child you won’t get a separate card – that’s a non‑issue here. The owner was furious when I asked for a third breakfast, even though I didn’t want one; I travel a lot and this was the first time I encountered a situation where a child’s meal isn’t included. They provide a portable Wi‑Fi device, which is terrible and doesn’t work. The pool, though seemingly spacious, has no loungers; everyone brings their own mats or sits wherever they can. The gym is another story: it’s on the street and the equipment looks like it was salvaged from an old garage, making use of it a dubious pleasure. And the most interesting part is the clientele – a lot of elderly people. At one point I felt like I was in a retirement home. The restaurant is near the pool, so many people go around naked, which is unsettling and makes me want to leave as soon as possible. Overall, it’s the worst place I’ve ever been to, and I’ll never return or recommend it to anyone.

Hello, this is a very large condominium, well maintained, and situated right between the two beaches you can walk to. The pool is huge and clean, and the whole place is completely sunny, where you can enjoy a very rich breakfast in the excellent and inexpensive restaurant that’s also open for lunch and dinner. The room has a bathroom with A/C, TV, Wi‑Fi, a very spacious and tidy kitchenette, a comfortable and large bed, and a balcony. On the ground floor there are various shops for any need. The owner, Mr. FRANCO, is a seasoned expert in PATTAYA and is available for any advice and help. I’m very satisfied with choosing this accommodation and recommend it for couples, families, and individuals – it’s very safe and quiet.

It’s clean and cozy. There’s a kettle, microwave, hair dryer, and toiletries. The mattress is comfortable. Breakfast is good. It’s quiet. Check‑in was quick. The location is great. Within walking distance is a large market, a bus station near the airport, a Foodmart with European groceries, and a 7‑11. The beach is also close enough to walk to. The center and night market are nearby. There’s a fantastic large pool. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly, explained everything, showed me around, and offered me coffee at check‑in 🙂.
