The hotel was well‑located, close to many bars and restaurants, safe and lively. The staff were very helpful. The room was comfortable. The hotel is a bit small, but that’s nothing unusual for Paris standards.

The rooms were large and well‑located, but the key card always failed to work.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of many lovely places in Paris. What truly made my stay special was the wonderful lady at the reception. After a long and exhausting journey, made even more stressful by unexpected road closures, her warm welcome and genuine kindness were incredibly comforting. Even on the morning of my departure, she kindly offered me coffee or tea, which was such a sweet gesture. It’s the little things that make all the difference. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I hope to see you again on my next visit to Paris!

The property sits in an excellent spot relative to public transport and St. Mark’s Square. Looking out over the lagoon from the bedroom window was a super bonus. It was well insulated from outside noise. Front‑desk service was 10/10. Lift access was a bonus. The location is in the same precinct as the renowned top‑end hotel, Four Seasons, so it’s in good company.

The hotel’s location is quite good; the Louvre is a 15‑minute walk, and there are good bakeries and excellent bistros around the corner. The staff who received us late at night were not friendly. We didn’t get a bill to pay, which we received the next day. The gentleman at reception was uninterested, spoke poor English, and we were not welcomed warmly. The hotel itself is pleasant, but for the price it is definitely not clean enough; the floors were dirty all the time after the stairs, the room was not ventilated on arrival, and some places were dusty. We had a family room and expected much more for that amount. When we asked for slippers, they told us they didn’t have any.
