The location is within walking distance of the lake, and the simple restaurant with a terrace by the water is nice; the private parking garage is a bit nerve‑racking for some because of the narrow entrance, but it’s doable.

The hotel is very central and everything was within walking distance; breakfast was fine, and the staff’s individual treatment of the children at breakfast was especially pleasant; any complaints were resolved on the same day. We booked the studio, which had two bedrooms plus a living room/kitchen—ample space, but the bathroom was definitely too small and only suitable for people who aren’t too stout.

The location on the Bodensee road is great, breakfast is good, the bright breakfast room is friendly, and drinks are available around the clock on a trust basis; however, there were cats and cat hair in the breakfast room.
