This hotel is exceptional and in an ideal location. The courteous and friendly staff provided outstanding service, the breakfast was great, and the rooftop terrace/observation deck offers outstanding views. Highly recommended, with no negatives.

The staff were all extremely helpful, especially the young Furkan, and the full Turkish breakfast was amazing. The rooftop offered a wonderful view, and I’ll definitely stay again. Nothing really.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Orient Bank. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I’d especially like to give a big thank you to Emre, who took such great care of us throughout our stay. His hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine kindness really stood out. He is a fantastic asset to the hotel and is a great reflection of the wonderful service at Orient Bank. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again!
