The room was clean and roomy, with good hot water and a large bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location right next to shops and restaurants was excellent. The mattress felt a bit firm

The central location was convenient, the staff were helpful and friendly, the WiFi worked well, and the smart TV was a nice touch. However, the mattress felt very hard, the building had many stairs and no elevator, the breakfast served in the conference room was usually cold, and there was no complimentary tea or coffee in the room.

The room was spacious, but there was no in‑house restaurant or café for late arrivals, the breakfast options were limited, and there were no condiments available.
