The shower head worked well, but the pillows were stained and the sheets didn’t feel clean.

The place is clean and in a great spot, but the room felt hot and the AC was weak. The bed was a bit firm, and one room had a marijuana scent.

Nothing stood out positively; housekeeping was awful—no beds made and no replacement of dirty, wet towels.

The staff is fantastic! My sister and I visit twice a year, always get the same room, and everyone is super helpful. The pool is excellent, coffee is good, and the ice machine is clean and functional—10 out of 10! We loved everything!
