The place is relatively well‑located in a residential neighbourhood 15‑20 minutes from the centre. The room is small but nice, with all the essentials, especially a very comfortable wardrobe for stowing luggage. I think it’s a good option for visiting Palermo. The only drawback I found is that it has an electric toilet that makes noise and bad smells.

The experience was absolutely perfect. The room was modern, spotless, comfortable, and beautifully kept. Everything was organised to a high degree, and the host was incredibly helpful and flexible with timing. He even ensured we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at one of the best bakeries in town. Genuine hospitality from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

The owner was extremely kind, the location near the metro station is great, breakfast food and drinks are always available, and there is also the option of having breakfast at a nearby bar.
