Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa by IHG

We really enjoyed staying in Bursa at this hotel; everything we needed is within walking distance and we were very satisfied, just like at Herzamanki. They upgraded our room to a higher category and provided sweet treats for us, which was very courteous. The breakfast was varied, but unfortunately the taste was mediocre.

I left the hotel completely satisfied; the staff were exceptionally courteous, responsive, and professional. The rooms were clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and leisure getaways.

“Overall,the staff and initial hospitality were good”

We stayed in Room 815, tucked away in a quiet dead‑corner of the hotel that didn’t meet our expectations. Although the room was clean and had no view, the first night was ruined by loud door slams from neighboring guests that kept us awake. On day two, housekeeping cleaned the room but removed one of our two shower towels and failed to replace it; they also inexplicably hid the bed pillows under the TV cabinet and left only one coffee bag and two creamer packets, forgetting to restock the coffee amenities. The parking lot was full early in the morning, suggesting the hotel lacks sufficient space for extra vehicles. Overall, the staff and initial hospitality were good, but housekeeping details and noise control need improvement.
