The breakfast was excellent, very varied, high quality, and the reception and staff were great—definitely the best part of the hotel. The lobby was also excellent and made you want to stay there. We did have issues with check‑in due to connectivity problems, and I couldn’t connect to the Wi‑Fi either.

The experience fell far below what one would expect from a Sheraton. The room was very old, and the TV had a blurry picture. I was charged USD 50 + VAT to host my dog (about $90,000), yet the so‑called pet‑friendly service only provided a mattress and a bowl—no water, food, or any other pet amenities. I had to leave to buy food for him. Given the price and the hotel's level, I expected a lot more. The pet‑friendly “service” was very poor. I would not return.

The location was convenient for my work activities, and the breakfast was decent for a hotel of this class. The rooms were noisy with poor sound insulation, especially at night in the hallways; the upstairs room’s movements were loud enough to wake me, and the doors of other rooms were also very noisy late at night – you’d expect to be able to rest after a day’s work.
