Hello… this is my favorite hotel to stay at Lawas, almost everything is fine… but the problem is the air‑conditioner is leaking. Nothing else.

The location is great, parking is convenient, and the restaurant's food was amazing. The aircon in our family room leaked, but it still kept the room cold.

It was a comfortable and peaceful place, but the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly and the room felt warm. Additionally, the bathroom door could not be locked.
