Everything was perfect! Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 9:30 h, with à la carte options and a buffet until 11:00 h. They offer Western breakfast and many other choices, so it’s easy to find something you like. The hotel isn’t right in the middle of Hanoi’s bustle, but it’s about an 8‑minute walk, which for us was ideal because you can be close to everything without being overwhelmed by noise and traffic. The property is new and well maintained. There’s a heated rooftop pool with lighting at night, which feels great for relaxing and winding down the day. The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive at all times. They even arranged a full‑day excursion to Ninh Binh for us. We compared prices with other options and found them very competitive and standard, with no hidden fees or extra charges above the usual rate. If I ever return to Hanoi, I’d choose this hotel without hesitation. A fantastic stay and highly recommended!

“It was quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for our visit.”

The location was perfect. Unfortunately we weren’t told about the work being done at the pool until we arrived—something that mattered a lot to us when we booked. They did offer a free breakfast for two days as compensation.

“Ok, aber nichts besonderes”

The room was large and the location central. The smoking of other guests at the pool was unpleasant. The breakfast buffet was small and in a dark room.

The rooms were pretty. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations, and we weren’t told about it. We couldn’t cancel until after a night had passed. We did receive an upgrade in return, so the hotel reacted reasonably overall.
