I had a wonderful stay at this local lodge in Zanzibar. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring the area. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location was pretty good, but it's clear they're still working on the finer details. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired - it was a bit of a shock for us Europeans, to be honest. The rooms were okay, but it felt like they were still in the process of getting everything up to speed. Overall, it was an average stay, but there's definitely potential for improvement.

I was really impressed with the staff here - they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome as a solo traveler. The location is perfect, just a short 7-minute walk to the beach, which is super easy to get to. The whole place has a beautiful, family-like atmosphere, with small, charming lodges that really make you feel at home. It's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy Zanzibar's laid-back vibe.
