The staff are the best – very friendly and efficient. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and they came right away to help; after confirming the fault, they moved us to a different room. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean. We couldn’t use the pool, but the area is very pretty. The restaurant service is top‑class, with Belen and Alex being very attentive. The food was delicious. The stay was short but one of the best. We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely return.

Everything is excellent regarding the room – clean, beautiful, and well designed. The pool is dirty.

Low season, a pool for two. We couldn’t use the restaurant, but we were treated with great attention. We’ll come back to Tamiahua. Nothing else to comment.

The pool pump was broken and not working, and they had offered me a discount but never followed up; I still don't know what happened with that refund.
