I had no positive moments because the room I booked was not provided… The service was extremely bad. I booked a room, but when I arrived the staff wouldn’t leave until the next day, so I had to wait in an uncomfortable situation; the door wouldn’t open because the rooms are very small. On that rainy day, the room got wet and our luggage got soaked. They claimed there was space and would give me a room, but when I arrived there was someone else and they didn’t tell the truth. Even though the booking page showed availability, when I spoke with the gentleman he said yes, there was a room with a kitchen, but it was pure lie and dishonest.

I really liked it, the gentleman Carlos was very attentive to everything, the location was good and accessible, good value for money, and the room was tidy. The only issue was that the door of the room we stayed in didn’t allow us to lock it from the inside, which was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise everything was fine.
