The location fit the purpose of our trip perfectly.

When we arrived, the toilet was leaking, the TV didn’t work, and the constant traffic noise from the viaduct next to the hotel made it uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic, the bed sheet was torn, and overall cleaning was lacking. Given the room rate, the experience didn’t justify the price, and we expected better quality in the facilities and services. On the bright side, the staff were polite and attentive throughout our stay.

The location was convenient, parking was available on site, and the gym was a plus. However, the room’s cleanliness and comfort were unsatisfactory, and breakfast fell short.

The room had good layout and space, a warm shower with plenty of water, and it was dark with little noise—great for a night’s stay. Breakfast was excellent, but the hair dryer was dirty and had “bearded” hair on it.
