The onsen was amazing, close to the ferry and bus stops, the botanical garden, and the beach; the staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and the front‑desk lady showed me my capsule and gave me all the necessary information. I received a free toiletries set, the capsule was cozy, clean, pleasant, and quiet. A cheap massage chair was available before the onsen (I didn’t use it, but it was there) and there was a sauna next to the onsen. On the same street there were good restaurants with good drinks.

The bath and the included breakfast were good, but this wasn’t a fault of the hotel; the booking site listed it as a studio when it was actually a capsule room. I had to pay an extra 5000 yen and the room was changed to a single.

The price was cheap, the natural hot spring was unlimited, and the tram station was about a three‑minute walk away – great location, no complaints.
