The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served in a room that was completely overheated; the food was poorly cooled, which would have been a problem—cheese, sausage, butter, and margarines had all melted or warped, making them unappetizing. The butter had liquefied, the sausage and cheese had risen to the top, and the margarines had separated into oil. This stay at the Ibis was very disappointing compared to a few years ago; our expectations were not met this time. It’s a shame.
