The front desk was initially uncooperative, but after explaining my situation they became helpful. I requested a specific check‑in time and that my daughter stay next to mine; neither was honored.

Nothing good. My door wouldn’t lock and the front desk simply told me to pull up on it.

It was simple but great; our granddaughter loved the pool area, as did we. The staff were kind and very helpful, and we appreciated how they treated us. A few small issues: the blow dryer wouldn’t work and the shower head needed replacing.
