A very pleasant guesthouse right in the center of Mariazell, with self‑check‑in: I received codes for the entrance and for the key box. The single room was tiny but well equipped, clean, cozy, and inviting. I recommend it.

The facilities were clean and nicely arranged, even the oatmeal was lovely. I booked and paid for a stay with breakfast for two people, but the dining areas weren't operational.

The furniture design is very beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. Personally, scrambled eggs would have been a great addition. The place is perfect.

The location is great with a view of the basilica, and the room was spacious, even with a seating area and an extra bench. The lighting in the room was mediocre to weak. Although the booking offered the option to add breakfast, a request for an additional booking was declined "for private reasons". A change I suggested to the operators on the booking page was categorically rejected.
