It’s a really nice place; the rooms are comfortable, each has its own bathroom and there’s a shared living room. The owners are kind, and the breakfast and dinner they serve are delicious, though the blanket on the bed was very itchy.

The cheerful owner and manager welcomed us warmly, shared great food spots and fun places, and despite the rough road, it was worth staying to enjoy jungle bird calls, stream sounds, and nature all around. The owner’s cooking was tasty for both adults and kids, and we were lucky to visit during peach season; they introduced us to 100% local Lala Mountain peaches, avoiding non‑local ones, and that particular peach was amazing (we’d otherwise have eaten other peaches on the road). The room was clean and comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided a baby bath.

The surroundings were peaceful, the room comfortable, and the stream view was gorgeous, yet the road outside the lodge was too narrow, testing driving skills; some sections were hard to navigate, but a local friend helped steer us.
